Gameplay[]
If mimic presents in the game, ducks can kill each other, even when mimic has died. This role prevents ducks from making double and triple kills without confidence that you are not a mimic. On some maps, a mimic can perform some actions like ducks. For example, on a sand map, a mimic can pass through a forbidden fog. The Mimic is considered a goose, so Sheriffs will die if they kill a Mimic.
Suggested strategy[]
Try to find companies of 3 players, the probability that one of them will be a duck is quite high, in which case the duck may want to make a kill, which will give you valuable information. Give a signal that you are a teammate, and you supposedly have the opportunity to make a kill right now. It does not always make sense to give out a duck, it is better to collect information about several and only then give out all at the vote.
Even if you are dead, you can still cause ducks to kill each other out of suspicions of a mimic. Your mere existence is enough to cause the ducks to turn on each other. Spies won't be intimidated, however, as they can simply vote for their fellow ducks who are acting strangely, so long as they don't receive any votes themselves. It can be beneficial to vote for yourself to prevent a spy from identifying you as a fraud, but it may make the other ducks suspicious of you.
